Mike Faulkner

Mike Faulkner has been selling Pine Island since 1995.  Shortly after discovering the island in 1977, he was hooked.  Immediately falling in love with the lifestyle and fishing, he bought his first Pine Island home in 1978.  Mike now owns Pine Island Realty with his son, Brian, and has helped countless Buyers and Sellers over the years.  He also is a past President of the Greater Pine Island Water Board, serves as a mediator at the Royal Palm Coast Association of Realtors and as a member of their Professional Standards Committee.  Prior to relocating to Florida, Mike was a boat manufacturer and marina owner in Indiana for over 20 years.
